day 16 and still going! I am impressed with myself but there are still way to many days to go this year. today’s subject of choice is our hamster – poppy. the little animal has been with us for 10 weeks now. and as far as I know her only crisis with us was her breif entrapment in the lightsaber. I am so not a rodent person but as hamsters go she is actually very nice and quite tolerant of the kids. Shelby is not sure about her and I am pretty sure she thinks poppy is a snack sized morsel. so while poppy is still doing well here she is.
